Shiftd accounts are managed by your department administrator. If you need an account or have trouble logging in, contact your scheduling manager first. If they're unable to help, reach out to us.
Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact your administrator.
You can delete your account from the Settings tab in the app. Deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel. After 30 days, all your data is permanently removed. For questions about data removal, email support@getshiftd.com.
